Going overseas

Looks like many of the summer league prospect FAs are signing overseas.

Not sure what that means in terms of Jazz signing another C or PG etc,
but KOC must have something still in his bag of surprises.

It looks if they resign Fess, they don't have to bring anyone to camp and they let Jeffers, Gaines and Evans make the roster.
