Remember the first three games of the season? When we were sure that favors extension was the most reasonable thing the jazz had ever done? And we were sure that burks had finally turned a corner, and we were being called to repentance by the prophet Zulu? Hayward was exactly who we thought he was, and in no way deserving of more than 10 mil per year? Kanter was just still a babe in arms, and so tired from his offseason binge and purge/shoulder recovery/playboy party. Our favorite idiot Ty Corbin was maybe getting the guys to play hard, and we were seeing progress in his coaching games that were not blowouts.

Well, we have only had 4 games since that time, so settle the hell down! Let's get some more games under our belt, and more than 4 actual nba players healthy before completely re-thinking what this team is. We had a bad road trip, since when is that not a thing with the jazz?

Over the next ten games, we will probably see threads about how Hayward is sucking and inconsistent again, or how burks is going to be our main man, or how kanter is picking up steam on his run to superstardom, or about how good favors passing is. Just remember it is a long season, and it is the young guys first time being asked to carry a team, and they are doing it basically alone. The have zero help from anyone when we trot out guys like tinsley, Lucas the tird, and r Jefferson.

The kids will be alright.

Wore my Utah Jazz hat to a party last night.

I got laughed at, broz. 0-7 like a bawse.

Good post.. but I still don't see much panicking... and I for one have no problem with calling out player's effort and especially don't mind calling out coaching.

And no one is mourning losses.. I just see a call for effort and coaching.

This is all, and would like to add... I don't want a jazz team to me known as the team to lose more in one season than any other........ Wait. Would this get Ty fired??

I think the effort is there for the most part. The Jazz are simply not that talent. They have about 4 or 5 NBA players which won't get it done. I wish Burke hadn't gotten hurt because maybe we win a couple of those games with him playing. Now that the Jazz are 0-7 teams will make sure they are not the team that loses to the Jazz.

Hopefully, the Jazz get home and recover from a brutal 5 game road trip (it wasn't an easy trip) and can get a win at home next time so the players can calm down and play some ball instead of worry about losing another game. Look at Boston they beat the Jazz and the next game they beat Miami.

Thank you for telling me how to be a fan?
