Harris vs. Parker

It would be stupid if I were to start a thread asking 'who is better', because it's Parker all day long. That's not what this thread is.

It's this:
Harris is trying to resurrect his career over the last couple of months and there is no better target for him to shoot furiously at than Tony oohlala Parker. They've been compared in the past, and now is Devin's chance to get his name back into the mix. He knows this will be a, perhaps thee, defining moment of his late-career.

The rest of the team needs to do a good job helping him in the PnR, but Harris needs to be indefatigable when it comes to getting over them and back to his man.

And, it's Harris, not Parker, that can really change the feel of the game by getting out in transition and burning these old f***s to the ground.

Dear Devin,
I'll forget about the ****ing miserable beginning of this season if you come out and play like you've got your whole reputation on the line... like Eva Longoria is a skinny prima donna bitch and you are ****ing sick that Tony had to dip into that.

Destroy.

According to what I have read in Spurs forums, Harris has a very long history of outplaying Tony Parker- to the extent that they still fear him, with some posters even referring to him (ill-advisedly) as our primary offensive threat.

He will be instrumental in carrying our transition game, as well as trying to defend the P&R to the best of the teams abilities.

Lets go LUDA!

In the Phoenix Harris's defense looked phenomenal at times. He was shutting down Nash and getting his hands on the ball every time Nash tried to pass. If he goes all out I think he can really frustrate Parker in stretches. Plus Al plays better defense when the game matters, which will really help on the PnR. I think those 2 players defense will decide this series. If they play hard good defense I think we have an outside chance at this series.

Good thing is Harris has a lot of playoff experience. NBA finals experience. I think he'll be good.

Where is HeavenHarris? Can we bring him back? We need his unwavering support for Harris. It was good luck.

Everyone is feeling you NAOS. For all the heartburn Harris has caused, he's playing incredible basketball and will be key to winning.

I want Harris to make us eat grasshopper black mouth juice marinated crow topped with sheep innards and served with a side of cud sauce.

The defense Harris played on Nash in the Phoenix game encourages me.

I wonder if their career paths were switched, who would be better? Harris playing with Popovich, Ginobili, Duncan, and a cast of 3 point shooters or Parker with the terrible Nets then the 3pt deficient Jazz?

I would say top 10 for sure. I don't really know enough about PG defense to rank them though.

Yeah, that's why I went ballsy. I really don't know who to rank #1, 2 or 3 on the PG defense list.
Rondo is either 1 or 2. CP3 gets steals, but he's a midget.
