Haunted Houses......

those things are boring.

i remeber a haunted cemetery in the forest my friends dared me to go there. so i went and slept on one of those graves needles to say nothing happened was jsut boring. i did enjoy the night sky

It all depends on how much you let yourself get into it, consciously or sub-consciously. I have seen some freaky things happen in my own homes in these terms but I have never been much afraid of things like haunted houses or cemetaries personally.

just am afraid of things that can really hurt me.
living people statiscally do more harm then ghost dead peopple, ghouls, gollems, demons et al

Of all the haunted houses I've been to, Nightmare on 13th is my favorite. It's the one that has managed to scare me the most. Stay away from anything related to Castle of Chaos. They are horrible. There's a new one that is supposed to be opening soon, but has yet to open. It's called Fear Factory. It's in an old abandoned cement factory on 900 S 666 W in Salt Lake. It's getting a lot of hype, but still no word on when they are going to open. I want to try it out and go to Nightmare on 13th again.

Here's the thing though, girls tend to like them for some reason; so even if you don't care for them which I totally agree that they suck, haunted houses are much better ways to score points than going to something really terrible like art museums, plays, hanging out with her family or chick flicks.

lol using haunted houses as a gimmick to get girls.

sigh what has this world come to.

okay in all seriousness *** long *** you get your pole waxed after it

The last haunted house I went to was at the Utah Fun Dome and I took the emergency exit. I'm a biiiiiiig wuss. I refuse to go to haunted houses.

I might have to check that one out. I didn't actually go last night because it was too cold and wet, and from my experience the indoor haunted houses closer to Provo have always sucked.

Clearly wasn't talking about going to haunted houses to get chicks, but who cares where you meet people? Haunted houses are filled with college and high school age people around here though and I've reached the point, eventhough I'm barely removed from that age range, where even college girls are starting to look young to me now so that wouldn't really work for me.

The funny thing is, I never went to any haunted houses there, but I can almost guarantee the Utah Fun Dome's haunted house was weak sauce compared to anything else. The Utah Fun Dome seemed like it was kind of a mixture of half-*** everythings. Laser tag was half-***. Skating rink was half-***. Their rides were half-***. Mini-golf was half-***.

I suggest your nearest retirement home. Should be good for a few scares as well as maybe a look into your future.

I used to live by two of them and a handicap facility as well, and we would always have escapees wandering in our yard. They loved getting on our trampoline. I'd feel right at home.
