Most restricted free agents end up with their team at least for a while. See Eric Gordon for a recent example. He might be sign and traded but our team is too talent poor to give a guy just because someone made a 4 year offer for fairly high money. He will be back. Now how long will he be back is an interesting question. Hayward and Burks are both Natural 2's. Can we afford to keep both especially if we are keep Favors and Kanter?
