It seems like someone on here does some of those things, although I can't remember who.
 
From the pet peeves thread, it seems that bigb does some sort of home work. He'd probably know some good electricians or handymen.

Floating your floor might be much easier & cheaper than raising it back up.
I hear Scat works cheap & in assless chaps.
 
I'm an electrician. I know a few handyman guys. Don't know any of the concrete thingy guys though. Call me 801-699-9057. Trout can give you some feedback on my work.

Bigb I strongly urge you to consider a better sales pitch than "troutscum can vouch for me." like maybe go with, "I have filed a restraining order against Dave to keep him clear of me and my family. I will exercise the same amount of caution on your homes electrical wiring."

Well, bigb just left my house. He's not as big as he used to be. Then again, it's been a number of years since we played that basketball game up at the U.
