I'm happy for Jimmer

I am really happy for Jimmer. I was still torn on if the Jazz should draft him and I am glad that KOC was not stuck with that call.

I have always thought that Jimmer was a good back up PG and could be a perrenial 6th man of the year guy in a few years. The fact that he got drafted for a team that traded away their starting PG tells me that he will get all the playing time he can handle. I wish him the best. I just hope that he doesn't get hot against the Jazz and go for 40.

Oh no. I promised to watch some Kings highlights if they would do the Jazz the favor of taking him off the board before KOC had to face an angry mob. Sacto did their part. Now do I still have to do mine?

(I agree with the OP, though. He couldn't have ended up in a better situation.)

I'm really bummed - plain and simple. Obviously, I'm proud of Jimmer, I like his story and everything about him, but those are all the reasons I'm upset the Jazz didn't get him, via trade or straight up in the draft. This kid is very special and Sacramento just got one hell of a ball player. Love the Kanter pick, but they need to get Jimmer in town. Last I heard Devin Harris was available and I heard that SacTown was looking to get rid of Francisco Garcia. Pull the trigger KOC!

I'm excited I'll get to see Jimmer here in Sac. Count me already booked me for the 2 Jazz games played here next season (assuming there is one).
