Me too. Just for the halibut, I played the ESPN Lottery game about 40 times. Never got a scenario which had Utah getting Wiggins, nor did I get the Jazz finishing 7th. Reason for no Wiggins is ESPN has Parker #1 on Jazz board and Wiggins as number #1 for just about everyone else (Sac = Embiid; Det = Parker). So only scenario in this game, at least that I could see, for Utah getting Wiggins is Detroit #1, Utah #2.
ESPN board for Jazz is: Parker, Wiggins, Embiid, Exum, Randle, Smart, ?. Like I said, I never got the Jazz picking at #7, nor taking anyone other than the those six. AS expected, the most likely outcome was #5, with Utah taking Randle in almost every scenario.
Not much surprise with Ford's/ESPN rankings. Top 4 generally set as Wiggins, Parker, Embiid, Exum in that order. Randle seems to have the edge at #5. And then it's a real mix between Smart, Vonleh and Gordon (probably in that order). McDermott comes up a lot at #9 to Cleveland.
In real life, I really hope Utah does NOT get the #1 pick. For much the same reason as I was thrilled to have Fredette off the board by #12. I think Wiggins is the choice at #1, but DL might feel the backlash of not picking Jabari. And that would probably intensify if/when Parker gets ROY, which I think he will. Wiggins is a better long-term prospect. Not picking Jabari, a Mormon, better immediate return, might cause a fan uproar.
