Crappy battery life?

Wife - Galaxy s2
Son - iPhone 4

Purchased same day.

Currently:

Wife - 8-10 hours of use per day
Son - wants an iPhone 5 because his iPhone 4 never held a charge longer than 4-5 hours, now 2-3, with moderate usage (roughly the same as the wife's usage)

iSheep need to stop with the trumped up charges of battery life, as it has pretty much always been ********.

But I see from the first post you have completely bought into all of the hype. I hope iOS7 is everything they are trying to make it: Android light.

Phone calls, games, some internet, facebook (lots of this for those 2), etc. etc. etc. Moderate means over the 8 to 10 hours the phone holds a charge they are using it off and on. It isn't 10 hours of straight thumb-straining, touch-screen mangling use. That would be heavy use.

Dude next time you are Arch are in the tub you need to compare phone usage so you can learn what a "smart-phone" is and how it gets used when you're not whipping up frothy lattes.
