For some reason there are now a bunch of threads where people are being so negative and relentlessly pick on Hardy, Keyonte, Ace, Hendricks, Cody... I think we all need to step back and realize what a great season the Jazz are having. Kessler was passing and sinking threes before he got injured. Lauri leveled up to one of the most efficient offensive players in the NBA. Keyonte is having a largely unexpected break out season. Ace and Cody are getting noticeably better every week. Collier showed real progress in shooting threes. Even Nurk has now completely reinvented himself and breaking all-time Jazz records.

And despite all of that improvement the Jazz still somehow managed to secure a great chance for a top pick in a loaded draft and to create a lot of cap space for the summer. This is due to the great work of development coaches, steady coaching by Hardy and shrewd strategizing of the front office. And, of course, because of the hard work of players. I think that we often fail to recognize how many things went right for the Jazz this season and to appreciate it.

I applaud your positivity. We need more of that (in here and everywhere).

Yeah I personally don’t know what the doom and gloom is all about around here lately.

- Keyonte is ascending

- Ace is looking like a potential star

- Lauri is still here

- Cody has a pulse

- potentially adding a top 6 pick year's loaded draft

And this is by all accounts our last year of Tanking (finally!!!!).

I’m over moon about how things have turned out honestly.

Lauri's season started off great, but he's been clearly worse than his all-star season even before he got norovirus and now he looks like total **** due to having to get back the weight he threw up.

Is this guy a troll?

SMH…

His PPG have increased by 1.8 and his turnover rate has gotten even more elite, but the rest of his stats are way worse. His 3P% and overall shooting efficiency have dropped a lot and he's now one of the worst rebounding PFs in the NBA. His BPM has dropped from 3.8 in his all-star season and 3.6 in the next to 2.2 this year. And this is all before the norovirus effects start to kill his stats for the rest of this year before he's shut down for the tank.
