That poor man.
I wouldn’t want the burden of having the power to immediately make a bunch of people happy, especially when they’ve come to expect that happiness at regular intervals. But it’s got to be a ton of work. The guy has a family, it must be quite the chore. He’s a good dude.
When he’s ready to retire we’ll understand.
