Pops is a self-styled Sloan-clone. He tries to emulate most everything Sloan does....which is why he's a great coach. Jackson is also good, but he votes for Sloan for COY every year. He's won more, but he's always had a lot more talent, too. All good coaches, and I don't think you can say either of those two is clearly better than Sloan.
