Kanter for a draft pick

I'd hesitate to trade him for anything other than Davis. When Kanter fills out, there are only going to be a handful of guys in the league that can guard him in the post. His eFG% on inside scoring was already 61.5%, very good for a rookie. Cousins was a mere 58.8% in his rookie year. And Sacramento even had some actual floor spacing to help him out.

Another way of framing this is to ask who you would take over Kanter in this draft. I would take Davis and that's it.

Don't see why they would want Kanter. They have Aldridge, and I don't think Kanter really compliments him well. I think you want a rim protector to be paired with Aldridge.

Agreed, I don't think I would. The trade was just pitched earlier in the thread.
