.....interestingly, "kidnapping" of any kind was also a capital punishment offense in the Bible. They never had much of a problem back then with kidnapping.....now you know why!

We do not know any such thing. That may have been the law but you have no damn idea if they had a problem with it or not.

In Los Angeles you cannot bathe two babies in the same tub at the same time.

In Illinois a woman on a date with a man (not married) must call him "master".

In Kentucky a woman shall not appear in a bathing suit on any highway.

In Baltimore it is illegal to take a lion to the movies.

In Oklahoma it is illegal to have a sleeping donkey in your bath tub after 7 PM.

Just becasue a law existed does not mean there is necessary a problem. But yes, your scenario is the much more likely one.

I was talking about "attraction"...meaning the reaction your body has to seeing "sexual stimuli."

....some laws made are preventive measures for wrongdoing. Others are made AFTER the fact. Ancient Jewish history indicates they had very little problem with kidnapping, rape, and other acts of wickedness until the Jews began to deviate from those Mosaic Laws. As far as kidnapping goes, we do know for a fact that no one was highjacking planes to Cuba!

Possible causes:
Negligent caretakers whose babies drowned.
Insufficiently submissive women (according to that time).
Insufficiently dressed women (according to that time).
Someone took their lion to a movie.
Improper care of domestic animals.

All of these laws had ot make it through two houses of legislature and be signed by the governer. Why would they bother if there was no need?

Mrs. Obama will also be there. Mark me down for an entire table. This is gonna be one big ^%&$#&*. Well, unless the new "Sex Superbug" gets in the way of the fun.
