Nuggets trade Kenneth Faried
In my opinion the Jazz do not need another project with the 12th pick. But they do need more NBA players immediately off the bench to keep the level of play up when the starters sit. Faried has had a tough go of things the past two years and I think it's because they tried to build a team around him instead of him being a piece to the puzzle. He is on a good contract with the cap going up (13mil a year through 18/19) and could be our 6th man off the bench. This doesn't stunt the growth of Lyles, you can play them side by side. Completely different players.
The Jazz are the 2nd lowest spending team in the NBA. The cap is just going up. The Jazz are going to have to spend money and a one time all star on a good contract is, IMO, a good place to start.
