kosta,sap,memo starting frontcourt?

i think kosta in pf, milsap in sf, memo in center is a pretty good starting frontcourt, backcourt of dw and miles.

this starting lineup addresses 2 of our biggest problems, size and defense, kosta shows spark in orlando summer league and definately wil help us defensively, by having dw running the offense and Sap banging down low, memo and miles fires from outside, kosta just need to concentrate on defense and catch passes from DW for layups and dunks.

AK in pf, hayward in sf, fenenko/evans in c, Gaines/Price in PG/Sg is not a bad 2nd units

Kosta has no business starting. AK would start at the 4 spot. But Sap isn't a 3 so don't even go there.

I also like putting Evans at Center. He scores points by turning sideways. Defender mistakes him for the pole and leaves him unguarded.

Fes, Millsap and AK will probably start. I'm guessing AK over CJ, because he can then come out early (say at the 7-8 min mark) and then go back in for Millsap at PF at the start of the 2nd quarter. CJ will play into the mid 2nd quarter and then Hayward will get 5-6 mins. (and repeat for 3rd/4th quarters). Koufos will need to play the 5. I don't see how Okur will be ready to go by October. I'd be happy if he came back in January.

Sorry, memo, the Jazz didn't sign Millsap to an $8/per contract to come off the bench. The FO (and Deron) have repeatedly stated they believe Millsap can be a STARTER.
Koufos played ok in the summer league. He didn't dominate - certainly not on the defensive end.

You're crazy, man... Millsap as our SF? How will he defend other SFs? Do not just look at his size or length. He has always been a PF. His weight and habits would not allow that. You cannot change that just because he is 6-7. Kosta & Memo starting together? I do not buy any piece of that...

Sap at 250 is too slow laterally to matchup vs small forwards. If you watch him defend them he will try to body up and pressure the ball buts its not very effective.
