No clue how much he'll contribute but his highlight video is pretty great. Seems like a solid replacement for Parsons.

He's a very efficient shooter, especially from the spot ups. He won't score or dish as much as Parsons but he will defend better. He is a tough, thug like player with a high basketball IQ.

But he's a SF/PF tweener and it will be more exposed in the NBA. He lacks the length to play the four and lateral quickness to play the three. He also isn't great at creating his own shot. However he's clutch as hell and very confident in his game.

Still, I'm much more careful now, at predicting whether a Euro can be good or not in the NBA. Because I was very high on Shved but he turned out to be horrible in the NBA.

I loved Shved in the Olympics - I haven't seen him much in the NBA though. What are your thoughts on Mirza Teletovic? I think he's excellent. He looked really good at times when Kidd gave him minutes. I still love Deron so I watched the Nets whenever I could.

Mirza should have come to the NBA much earlier. NBA has always a place for players who are elite at something with being decent at other things. And Teletovic was/is just that. He's an excellent shooter from the deep and not bad at other things. However, he always needed to be tamed because he really really loves to shoot and can be a real chucker sometimes. I believe he could have resolved that issue and have become a better player overall had he joined the NBA earlier.

I remember him when he first came to the NBA, followed him briefly and got disappointed because he was horrible and he couldn't shoot the ball at all. But with time I think he became better although he's still far from his Euro career. Nevertheless, he is a player that always good to have in the roster because he can really stretch the defense. Plus, he is very clutch and will deliver most of the time when you really need to score.

What an impressive Nba debut for Papanikolaou....12 points in 22 min with 4 three-pointers, 4 assists and 1 block!

When we played the Rockets and saw #16 shooting those awkward three pointers I thought for a sec that Peja Stojakovic was making a comeback.

Houston is on a roll. It is going to be so gratifying to watch them fall apart in the playoffs again. Of the meltdown is going to be truly popcorn worthy.
