Win it all. A thread for Rudy/Mike playoff positivity
Im down if it has no effect on our pick/picks. Im pretty sure it has no effect on this years pick. Them being awesome could affect future picks but since that is so hard to predict I will allow it. Go wolves.Win it all. A thread for Rudy/Mike playoff positivity
I’m kind of in this boat. Love Rudy and Mike as people, but they’re no longer on the Jazz and their team’s failures directly impact Utah’s future. With all the drama surrounding the Wolves this year, I want to see their season end with an unpleasant taste in everyone’s mouths. Set the stage for pain and dysfunction for years to come.I hope they get swept
I'm surprised that little tiny brain of yours has any room left to let Rudy live rent free in it.I hope they get swept
I legit think EVERYONE has a chance in the west. Literally all 8 teams. Why I kinda wish we kept everyone from the start of the season and maybe tried to get better at the dealine and see what happens.I really like Joker and the Nuggets. But it would be sort of sweet to see Conley and Gobert get some revenge from what happened in the bubble. Am I crazy thinking that the twolves have a chance?
True. I could see even a team like the clippers getting hot and making a run. The west is wide open. I’d guess the Suns are the team to beat. But I could see the warriors, Grizz, Clippers, even the Lakers doing well.I legit think EVERYONE has a chance in the west. Literally all 8 teams. Having said that, I think Boston, the bucks, and philly would all destroy every team in the west anyways.
This made me think of Rudy Tomjanovich when he made the famous "never doubt the heart of a champion" speech. I really wouldn't be surprised to see the warriors do it again this year. The playoffs are just such a different beast, and the warriors obviously know how to get it done.True. I could see even a team like the clippers getting hot and making a run. The west is wide open. Seen it.To be honest as much as I wanted the 12th pick for us, it’s worth the price of admission to see the Jokic vs Gobert match-up.
You're free to have the incorrect opinion. To be honest as much as I wanted the 12th pick for us, it’s worth the price of admission to see the Jokic vs Gobert match-up.
Well the pick is gone. I might as well try to see the positive. You're free to have the incorrect opinion.
Sure. What I’m taking issue with is “worth the price of admission”. It isn’t at all, but I’m guessing you were probably just using a figure of speech.Well the pick is gone. I might as well try to see the positive.
Yeah it’s after the fact. Of course I’d rather have the 12th pick but if the consolation is the Gobert vs Jokic that could be fun also.Sure. What I’m taking issue with is “worth the price of admission”. It isn’t at all, but I’m guessing you were probably just using a figure of speech.
I agree about the suns and I kind of forgot about them. They actually are pretty scary.True. I could see even a team like the clippers getting hot and making a run. The west is wide open. I’d guess the Suns are the team to beat. But I could see the warriors, Grizz, Clippers, even the Lakers doing well.
I just bought a new vacuum today. Good times. I’m oldI’m torn here. The worse they do probably begets being worse in the long term (but maybe not), but I want them to do well if everything was in a vacuum.
