Let's Trade with Phoenix

Horny's trying to make the playoffs. Here are some of their assets. "The Suns have four first round picks in this draft and two in the 2015 draft — those are very valuable chips to trade.

Just something to keep in mind as you see trade rumors start to ramp up as we crawl toward the Feb. 20 deadline — the Suns could land themselves a quality addition just in time to make somebody’s life difficult in the playoffs."

Well, they'd probably want Hayward. The Morris twins make Marvin Williams unnecessary. I'm sure they'd like one of our bigs, but that ain't gonna happen.

The only thing I would consider is Frye, and two unprotected firsts. And I doubt PHX does that.

Hayward is too valuable to just give away. If I am Utah, I only trade him for something that is heavily in my favor.

I wouldn't trade Hayward to Phoenix. Their assets won't offset his value to the Jazz. Just match his contract and move on. There really isn't anything that the Jazz have to offer that Phoenix should even want (aside from Hayward.)

If I'm Phoenix, I'd get as much out of this team as possible and then draft my bench this offseason. Cheap way to add depth.
