I'll go first. And make one that may be less obvious than others.
I hope Jeremy Evans gets traded to a team that can give him some PT. Evans has been one of my favorites. His story has been so inspiring: discovered when the Jazz scout went to WKU to see a different player. Shouldn't have even made a team. Wins the slam-dunk contest to put himself on the map. Does the Jr. Jazz circuit year after year. Works probably harder than anyone else just to continue to be on the team. He found a bit of a niche last season under Ty and averaged 18 mins and 6 pts/per. Here's hoping someone will have a role for Jeremy. If not, it's been a wonderful run for him in Utah. If he can't find another team in the NBA or Europe, I hope the Jazz find a way to put him on staff somehow.
 
I wish Ingles gets his shooting touch back. He is such a valuable player who brings so much to the table that I've never thought he would struggle this badly with his 3PT shooting. Particularly because I thought he hit every 3 I have seen him take in World Cup. I also wish that Cy pisses himself off more.
 
I wish for favors to get some juice/fire/tude/swagger/nasty/etc

Trey Burke would hit a second growth spurt.
Alec Burks shoulder would heal.
Ian Clark can see the court.
Dante Exum will find courage.
Rodney Hood consistency.
Gordon Hayward swagger.
Trevor Booker nasty.
Enes Kanter finds himself.
Derrick favors becomes a leader
Rudy Gobert a long and healthy Jazz Career.

Quin Snyder would find time to experiment with lineups with Favors and Gobert.
Brad Jones is retained after that timeout snafu.
DoL will find a draft scouting team that works, and fill his appetite for evaluating D-league scrubs.

That David Locke will learn to tell me which team has the ball and where it is on the court.
Steve Brown a pleasant retirement in St george, and Randy Rigby joins him.

That Jazzfanz gets clean flicks installed so I'm not afraid my kids might read some of this garbage.

That the SLC inversion would stay away.
That byu board of trustees cancels football.
That Whittingham hires Bronco.

That world wide there might be less fighting, more forgiveness and more equity.

I wish that Bolerjack stops using "Houdini", "buckle up", "the Gobert factor" (I think he means "Gobert Report" like "Colbert Report"), and for the love of god, when the ref has his hand in the air when they shoot that means it's a THREE POINT SHOT. If the player is 2 feet inside the 3pt line that is a 2.... err um... I want him to learn that too.

I think that's more likely... I know Harpring mentioned the "O'Reily Factor" thing, so I would imagine that Boler knows that they're different. I just want to have him stop saying the Gobert Factor because in my mind he is just not getting it right, but its true Cy, it may be his own thing. Either way Santa, lemmie never hear it again D:
 
Heres mine-
Exum to dig down deep and find courage
Hood more consistency
Favors to become a more vocal leader and play with more nasty more often
Burks shoulder to heal
Hayward to complete his path towards the dark side bring more nasty (love his play so far)
Gobert this is my biggest wish consistent 30 mins a game he is a force we can no longer ignore I love how he impacts the game- besides Favors,Burks, Gobert is easily a favourite of mine
Clark more minutes
 
I wish that a less fortunate or sickly child from a poor family gets the opportunity to play basketball and move on to the next level to defy the odds of what people said they would become. All of which is inspired by Utah Jazz basketball.
