Punch Bowl Re-Filler
Or three if one is a combo guard, same with having three in the big rotation. That the Jazz have almost always gone with traditional PG's doesn't mean that's the best or only way going forward. Even Sloan changed things up a bit by playing Deron at SG in order to give Maynor more time at PG. Jazz pursued Jason Terry, who was very much a combo guard. But I agree...we just haven't seen enough of Alec to know what he can do.We haven't seen enough of Burks to know what kind of player he is going to be. We need four players to cover pg and sg and the only sure player we have is Hayward as a sometimes sg. Burks has shown that he is good enough to at least play backup at either guard position, so, in my opinion, that makes him a keeper until we find three more players who are better than him at guard.
