If we aren't going to have a marketable superstar like a Kobe or lebron then we need to really figure out an entertaining brand of basketball to play. Golden at may not win the title by they're entertaining as hell. So many other teams are more entertaining to watch. I think even the bucks and nets are more entertaining and marketable than we are right now.
Of all the playoff/near playoff teams is there a less entertaining team than us? A mamba less lakers? Atlanta?
One of the main failures this franchise (mostly Ty) has had since Jerry left, has been identity. What are we? Are we a slow down pound it inside team? If so, Al and Paul clearly aren't entertaining or dominate enough. Are we a run up and down team taking advantage of favors, Evans, burks, and Hayward? Then we play far too slow and need a few more athletes and shooters.
This next year or two we really need to find some marketable basketball. The last few years have been bad. This year was the pinnacle of boring crappy basketball. Even the year before we got deron was more entertaining. I know of ward basketball teams which play more entertaining.
