reminds me of a time about 20 years ago when my neighbor, who was a juvenile court judge in Chicago, brought my then 9 year old daughter along with her own 9 year old son for "Take Your Child to Work Day" - - and the two kids amused themselves by playing "Rock, Paper, Scissors" - she said her bailiff warned her that the two kids shouldn't be doing that because someone might mistake their hand motions for gang signs!

I don't know how racist this is...it's stupid as hell on the part of the local news, but then again local news has been pretty stupid and fear mongering and worthless for the past 20 years or so.
