Regardless of what happens with the playoffs, there are still plenty of positives that have come from this season:
-Despite all of the injuries, this team still beat CLE & was a play or 2 away from beating GSW & SAS
-The team preformed well enough despite playing nowhere near 100% to hopefully cause Hayward to chaulk this season up as a Mulligan & base his upcoming UFA decision on the results of next year
-Hood & Lyles both showed serious potential to become high-end offensive options
-Although he may need to work on his in-game adjustments & game management, Snyder showed the ability to keep the team engaged & consistently battling for the most part
-The injury to Exum, as unfortunate as it was, allowed Neto to emerge & Mack to be acquired (both of whom have solid back up potential)
-Possibly most important of all, even if they don't make the playoffs, this team got a taste of playing meaningful games down the stretch, which will be invaluable while doing so again next year
This season was undoubtedly frustrating but let's not overlook the positives, as difficult as they may be to see at this point in time. This team has one of the brightest futures in the league & (hopefully) with the re-signing of Hayward, return to health, & an addition or two, the Jazz are still on a trajectory to becoming one of the better teams in the league. No question about it, there is still work to be done to become a truly championship caliber team, but we are certainly on the right track.

Great post. Amazing that this team had the 10th best point differential despite it's injuries & lack of experience. Eventually this team will learn how to better translate that to wins.

We have a solid team. We need to rid ourselves of Burke and pleiss, and add a third wing that can shoot the ball. As annoying as it is to hear again, we really need that 3 and D guy.
Quin is a good coach. Lindsey is a very good gm.
I would bet we see a fairly large trade this summer, and we have another surprising draft success.

I said pre season Ja wouldn't make playoffs and the Blazers would finish season a better squad with a better record. Look again who was right folks? Honestly why would you even want the 8 spot? GSW would sweep Utah in Utah beng a younger team I wouldn't want that if I was a jazz fan.... Blazers future is brighter then Utah just like I said. Yall over value and overrate every single player on the squad. Maybe only if Quinn would of played Whitey. That guy someone will give a second round pick for.lol....I told yall Quinn sucks too and no one wanted to belive me. Time to give me my credit \that any of you owe me.. A team with Hayward as the leader and go to player will NEVER be a serious contender. Enjoy that lottery pick again,lol.. Nuggets next year will be a better team then UTAH also. They only 10 games worse this year and the Nuggets were basically starting fresh. There future is more bright then Utah. Utah a team full of solid role players, The whole team. Quinn sucked as a college coach and sucks in NBA. Love that clowns like you want to blame Burks. How bout just admitting that your squad isn't very good. Hayward is not a leader, Quinn is not very good and your 2 starting big men are offensively challenged

Portland had a great year but how are they going to get any better ? They've overachieved and i don't see they have much room for internal growth and improvement.
