Question about League pass

So, I live in Utah and I don't want to pay for cable and satellite. But, I still want to watch Jazz games but there are some blackout stipulations can anyone tell me how that works?? Can I watch them on my home computer and at work on a laptop or at a friends house????

i believe local games are blacked-out, even on broadband.

is FSN in HD? i ask because i think the league pass for TV sucks because only ~2 games/night are broadcasted in HD & I think it's horrendous if the I'm paying $169 for SD!!
