Despite us beating the Thunder convincingly, I think the more important thing that signatures maturity to me is when we don't sweat about them playing down to worse opponents. It was a luxury to feel that level of security with the old Spurs.

Jazz were on some ******** shooting tonight tbh and it wasn't only open shots at all. Lauri is an incredible shooter at his size, and was on fire, he was flying off screens into contested 3pt shots and nailing them.

Seriously, you have to give credit to the Jazz. They kept playing hard and making shots. The Spurs couldn’t stop them.
That's the problem with starting AND with minutes restrictions. You want Wemby to finish the game. If you want him to start, he can only play the start and finish and sit out most of the game in the middle.
To clarify, I'm fine with minutes restrictions, the medical staff certainly know more than I (and you all) so I am not in a position to judge that. A lot of fans (not only Spurs fans) want him to play more only because of betting, f those guys.

Utah balled out on the second night of a back-to-back against a strong team on a hot streak playing at home. Their shooting was super hot, they played good defense, and the Spurs struggled to shoot and lost the ball too much.
