Utah is very well built. Will be fun to watch them in the playoffs. Built the right way too.
Lets go Hornets and newest member, Plumlee! Hibbert and Hawes are gone and all the clouds are finally going away to let the sun shine through.
I remember being upset about the Hayward offer sheet because I wanted us to go after Lance lol. I don't know that I've ever been more wrong about something basketball related.
Does Favors ever play? I've seen a handful of their games this year and it feels like he is never on the floor.
Hayward is so much better than Batum and its not really even close.
Why is the first thing I think of when I see Dante Exums face the tin man from wizard of Oz?
Anyone surprised that Hayward is good at tennis?
Bench offense is basically just pray that either Lamb or Marco make a tough shot.
Problem we've had all year - closing games in 4th, getting stops in 4th, bench bleeding points at start of 4th while Kemba resting.
We had a 10 point lead this quarter and it never felt remotely safe
Kemba going at Gobert isn't the answer right now. Gotta try something different.
Hate to see this team fall apart in last 5 minutes once again. Hats off to Jazz, they just **** kicked our *** in last 5 minutes on both ends. They made plays, we didn't.
What I would give to have a joe Johnson on this team to make open shots
Difference for Jazz has clearly been Joe Johnson. He is +20, Diaw -18. He made the difference in their offense.
• Yeah but we should know that by now. He's been murdering us from various teams for a decade
Went from up by 10 to down by 7 in one quarter. The 4th
Got waxed 32-16 in the 4th. Team is dying for another 2-way player that can make shots and guard somebody. It can't just be Kemba trying to score in the 4th. Too easy to guard.
Any sites that break down stats based on last 6 minutes of 4th? I'm dying to see our ratings at end of games as well as individual %s.
I'm pretty sure if I was at this game, I'd have to go puke right now.
Imagine a world where Gordon Hayward played here instead of Lance. I think we would be top tier in the East for sure
does Gordon Hayward Hit free agency this year?
• He does. But there’s like a 0.1% chance that he leaves Utah.
It's amazing that we continue this defensive philosophy of letting other teams take wide open threes to triple team small forwards in the paint
Ingles is shooting all by himself out there. So lucky he is off tonight cause he is wide open
Gordon is flat out balling tonight. I was so excited when he signed our offer sheet. We would be a different franchise if Utah had let him go
Gobert is french for goaltend
This is why playing Kemba W so much in the 3rd hurts us. Now we have no room for error and he’s expected to come in a save us
thats what having an elite shot blocker does. makes guards think about it
quin snyder doesn't panic
When old man Joe Johnson can catch and shoot without even having to move his feet or pump fake, it's not very well contested.
38 in the 3rd, 13 in the fourth
Oh what might have been if we had gotten Heyward a couple years ago
Frank going 2-11 to finish after a 4-4 start and Nic being nothing but a TO machine and ghost on offense wasn't helpful either
Same f***ing **** every f***ing game
Another blown 4th quarter lead... Kemba and Nic seriously need to step up down the stretch. It's getting ridiculous. We can't expect to win games if our two best players are gonna go ice cold in every close 4th quarter.
23-6 run to end the game. Embarrassing.
I'm gonna go f*** myself now
