I didn’t really mind the last two losses because of the circumstances, but this was an inexcusable one. Fully healthy and two days of rest against a bad team on a b2b, just another case of not taking an opponent seriously and thinking the game will be handed to them. It really felt like the team had turned a corner but this is the kind of dumb loss I thought we had started to move past.
Will always love Mike Conley. But I never want to see him play another minute in a Wolves uniform. Giving a player ten million to play for 15 minutes and get zero points is just not something a team with title aspirations can do. I really hope he’s starting to understand that he just doesn’t have anything in the tank to contribute on the court anymore.
