First of all, $3 million a year would be chump change to Osama so you're off by a huge margin there. You honestly believe he financed his destruction on a meager salary?

Second, I agree with those who say that the post was idiotic. Osama was a hideous criminal who murdered thousands and singlehandedly made the world a worse place. I can think of countless negatives and not a single positive that are the result of his existence. On the other hand, Raja is a guy who isn't playing basketball to your satisfaction. He is, by all accounts, a quality person and totally undeserving of such a compairison. People have neg repped me multiple times for standing up for people, even celebrities, when they are slandered on this site. The've told me "Joe, meet message board," suggesting that it's okay that this corner of the world works in this way. I adamantly disagree. It just isn't cool. These are real people with real lives and words like the OP's can have real negative effects. Assume that you weren't hiding behind a fake identity. How would it effect you and your family to have these sorts of things publicly discussed about you?

It's not okay to make jokes like this about you. You're just a really bad basketball player. I mean just terrible, absolutely terrible. But a good guy.

Osman's been gone for a long time, now they're telling you a fairy tale (ps. you won't ever get to see a body) luckily they know 99% are willfully ignorant and will lap up anything the mainstream news media says on TV if they say it long enough.

Raja Bell, on the other hand, is still here in Utah and has been here, stinking it up, long enough. And that's something we have actual video proof of (some of you may have even met Bell, seen him in person, and even shaken his hand)...he actually exists.

So, to answer your question: I'd rather be rid of Raja, then some imaginary boogie-man.
 
Some of you have absolutely terrible senses of humor. I mean...one would think that you're all 75 years old, drunk and senile and just yelling at random things. I blame the lack of coffee.

Looks like it will be getting rid of the booger-man THEN raja. Unfortunately it wasn't the other way around.
