The 2011 budget was preceded by 7 continuing resolution, but it did eventually pass.

Government always plays by a different set of rules.

They do but that does not mean we have to accept it.

The leaders of both parties (Boehner, Pelosi, Reid...) should be removed for poor job performance.

If you had run your company into the ground you'd at least have to apologize... Or be held accountable in some way...

Yet, for 8 years our country was run into the ground and not even an apologize like... "Well, Iraq sucked..." Or "Those tax cuts didn't really help."

Nothing. No one has been held accountable. And yet, these folks want the keys to the car again? Like hell are we sending them to the white house before they make some serious reforms!

It's reading posts like this (and pretty much anything PearWatson posts) that makes me feel like we're all lost and there's no point in trying anymore.

Yes, the economy went to **** because Republicans were in control of the White House. There's really nothing else to consider, it's as simple as that.
