He's got the pedigree and motor to be a very good player. Remember how truly awful our offense looked without Hayward in the game? Yeah, that is ridiculous. He was getting better all year long at Gonzaga. Showed improved post moves, outside shooting, and passing abilities and again he is still younger than Skal.
