Seats are gettin' HOT in Orlando; could we get DH?

After the Magics' last few games and Howard's recent 'takedown' of his teammates, I think DH is getting more available every day...
Would you give up Jefferson & Favors to get him? https://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=6msn7nv

Don't know another team that could offer multiple young quality players without gutting their roster, which wouldn't exactly appeal to DH in finding a destination. I think Howard and Millsap would be a DYNAMITE duo, with Kanter and Evans off the bench. We would likely look for a vet PF to bring in on the cheap.
Thoughts?

Jefferson, Howard, Miles, and GS pick would be the trade I would offer.

But this is just for fun because he won't sign an extension here.

I know you aren't dead yet, but someone needs to whack you in the back of the head and put you in the cart.

Orlando would laugh at us to the maximum for even offering this junk. They would want at least two or three of our good young guys plus picks. Also why would we trade this for a half year rental. No way he signs here. Why do these threads keep coming back?

I know the guy is a legit all-star; but at the risk of sounding like CJ, where the **** does a player who can't hit a free throw to safe his life get off calling out his teammates on anything?

Unfortunately he wouldn't resign with us. But if he did, I would offer Al, Favors, and the GS pick. Orlando would be dumb to say no to that IMO. We would have a frontcourt of Howard, Millsap, and Kanter. Wow. Not to mention what wonders Howard would do for our wings, mainly Hayward and Burks.

I dont know. Think they would ask for Burks or Hayward or another first and try to make us take Turkoglu.

I can't see him coming to Utah, but I do think that the longer this takes the more desperate Orlando will get. That might encourage other teams to low-ball them on trade offers and eventually they just have to accept one.

Al jefferson has been playing pretty dang good, like top 10 center in the league. No need to trade Howard imo. Our strength right now is the 4 and 5 spot. If we do this trade our strength will still be the 4 and 5 spot. Howards stats are MONSTROUS because the Magic are the NBA team that takes the most threes (at least they were last year), this causes him to get a lot of rebounds and tip ins. I mean Howard is an obvious upgrade but him for only a year is yucky :/

If he signs extension with trade I would do it!

We have the assets to acquire him but he will never stay, however I did mention once I wouldn't be surprised if KOC is involved w/ a 3-way trade involving Al/Devin for an upgrade at PG.

I know it's not possible, but what if the Jazz invented a time machine, and we went back in time and got John and Karl and Horny in their prime? Then we traded everyone except Hayward and Millsap and Favors for a Dwight Howard who promises to stay in Utah forever.

Would you do it?

Only if the time machine also brought back the late, great Larry H. so he could slap Greg upside the head and take over the team again.

He did go into luxury tax spending twice in a row. How many times did Larry do that?

I'm sure if Larry had his late father's money to piss away, he would have, too. It's funny how much easier it is to spend money when you didn't lift a finger to earn it.

And some people just need something to bitch about. I'll take an owner who is willing to spend over one who isn't, no questions asked.

You know Orlando would never do this right?

why wouldn't do they? they will get a scorer who is learning to pass in his spare time in al, a lock down defender who sometimes scores in bell and brilliant last second fouler in cj.

Ok, you were being sarcastic. Gotcha. Personally, I think Harris, Bell, and CJ should be good for them. Heaven Harris could attest that they would be getting #1 PG in the league.
