How do you know when to pull the parachute? Do you have a timer on your watch or something?

Good question. I had some sort of guage attached to my chest that I watched. I cant remember exactly what it was measuring. If were time or feet? I just remember having to pull the cord at a certain point. Not sure what they use these days. This was years ago.
