Check out this quote for Crymello after losing at home to the Wizards last night!
“I think we were expecting a timeout,’’ said Anthony, who threw his headband in disgust after the final buzzer. “I think everything happened so fast. I don’t know if we were supposed to call a timeout."
A basket was made with just 7 seconds left.....a time out would have moved the ball to half court and given the Knicks a chance to set up a decent last shot to win the game! And Mello “doesn't know if we were supposed to call a timeout?"
Heck! Even Corbin would have called a timeout on that one!
Here's what the N.Y. Post said after this fiasco: "Can’t anybody here play this game?
Can’t anyone here coach this game? Does anyone here have the slightest idea what they’re doing? The Knicks have a team-wide basketball IQ that barely hovers around room temperature now."
