It started out pretty good. I am Kevin Bacon fan so I really wanted to watch it. I am still really enjoying it but its starting to get a little crazy how many people are involved in the plot. Its getting to the point where Mr. Bacon himself or President Obama could be a follower and I wouldn't be shocked. Also is this just a one year show? They can't possibly base a 3-5 year show on this one story line.

Anyone else our there watching it? Thoughts?

Not watching this show, but I'm sure several seasons can be squeezed out of the plot. See Prison Break for reference.

The show's slightly entertaining but a pile of garbage smellier than HeavenHarris could write something better than this. Bad fat cop dude lowers himself from the ceiling like a ninja to take out a good cop. Cute chick with dark hair is allowed to directly hand Poe's anthology to that psycho in jail. Only Bacon and one other cop show up to the house where they discover the kid was. ****ing dumb but so is my fatass so I like it.

Very graphic too. Should not be on til 10pm, if at all on a regular channel. Maybe it's just the sensitive Mormon in me though.

Just watched the first three episodes. Damn, talk about dark. I am finding it interesting as they have set it up so that you are never quite sure who's part of the cult. I've started to wonder about the young FBI kid.

I wonder about the FBI woman

I wonder about all of the aforementioned who have been wondered about. I'd be surprised if the FBI kid and the ex-wife are not in on it.

This show may take the cake for being the dumbest in television history. My favorite, dumbest part is how every single follower is a fairly sharp, good-looking, seemingly intelligent person with confidence. 'Cause those are usually the type to fall subject to the manipulative cult leader-types out there.

I watched a couple episodes but changed the channel about halfway through the third and haven't watched again. The story is too boring for me.

Nope. Prison Break is the perfect example of a show with a great premise being stretched out way too long. It sounds like that may happen with the Following.

Talk about the appropriate ending. They just get comfortable after surviving the ordeal and Bam!
The damn thing should be over but of course they renewed it.
