There is Light at the End of the Tunnel

I watched both of the last two games from tip to final buzzer and came away with the thought there is hope for next year and beyond. The Core 5 and Gobert and Evans stood toe to toe with more talented and experienced opponents and finally got worn down. Gives us two or three new rookies and three or four vets that are savy and know the league and the Jazz imho can be competing for a playoff spot next year. I say this assuming Hayward will be back that that Marvin, Jeff, Rush, Ian and JLIII float out to see on the iceberg. Garrett I'm undecided about but he has looked bad the last couple of games. As far as Thomas or Erik Murphy I doubt they are back. Heck the coaches can't see fit to stick them into meaningless games. They must not have shown them anything in practice. Anyway Homey got hope for next season.

I have hope for the future as well. As of right now, only 2 games left, the jazz are in good position heading into the lottery. I doubt Corbin comes bak, the core we have now will continue to improve and I am ,looking for the Jazz to strengthen their bench thru free agency.

I am very hopeful.

It's all sunshine, lollipops and rainbows (for UGLI).

Yeah, like you said, we are just 7 players away from contention. I mean, how many teams can really say that?

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it is an oncoming train ready to take us out.

Damn right man! Doom and Gloom! Nothing but piss and vinegar for all! Whats that? Optimism!!! Not around here you don't! #KillIt

I think the question was answered about players outside the core 5 plus Jeremy and Gobert last night. All on the waiver wire.
