If we tank next season and get the number 1 pick plus we will probably get GSW's pick

PG: Rondo
SG: Shabazz Muhammad/Burks
SF: Hayward/James McAdoo
PF: Millsap/McAdoo
C: Favors/Kanter

that's the new OKC...

They say Shabazz is the next Kobe and he has Kobe like work ethic just what the Jazz need!
 
No thanks to McAdoo. I'll take Muhammad though, not only is he a great basketball player, apparently he was a prophet at one point in time. We could rally all of the Muslims to Utah! We could get more TBS's!! DO IT UTAH, DO IT!
 
While I would have liked the pick we would have gotten by missing the playoffs I am not sad we made it. I do not want the Jazz intentionally tanking (like GSTankers or S.A. to get Duncan). This organization has more class and self respect than that.

So in short, no.

From what I understood they already tried to trade him and had a deal in place until their trading partner (Memphis) backed out.

We need to tank the year after we get Shabazz also. Jabrari Parker baby.

Shabazz is the name of some Nation of Islam person. Shabazz Muhammad is almost certainly a Nation of Islam member and not considered by most to be Muslim. NOI says god is a Black Person and not some abstract spiritual eternal thing (the God of Abraham) that Muslims believe in.

Wait, I thought Shabazz was the name of an old DC Comics superhero.
 
We would have to give the Celtics the GS pick and something else for Rondo. They are going to be looking at rebuilding, they don't want two guys who are past the middle of their careers.
Perhaps GS pick and Burks? You have to think young players.
 
Rondo is near unstoppable. It's absurd how generally undervalued he is on this board .. by way too many.
