Trey Burke highlights v. GSW

I saw Corbin put Burke in situations in which he was likely to succeed, throwing a lot of the "team running" onto Hay. I have no problem with this. Get him comfortable doing what he does well, then add other stuff.

One thing is for sure: I'm not gonna site stats from one pre-season game as evidence of __________

Of what? OF WHAT??!

DAMN YOU OF WHAT?!/1?!?!?

^^ What's amazing is they got that many highlights out of a 4-15 shooting, 5 turnover performance.

This is exactly why basketball is better than baseball. This would have been highlights from 2, maybe 3 baseball games, for the NBA it is the good parts of just one ****ty game. I love this game!

Yeah, that's another thing. His speed looked more NBA-esque.

This was one part I wondered about, his speed. He seems to be deceptively quicker than he appears initially, a trait that D Will had as well.

I especially liked the dish at 0:40. That shows vision, control and timing. He can definitely build on that, and we should be a scary running team.

He had a good ast/to ratio. an important part of being a ball handler is preventing to's. Transition opportunities are statistically the easiest live points to get, so keeping the other team from getting those chances is very important for a pg, and for the team. Burke was very strong in this area in college, especially considering his high usage rate, and i expect that trend to continue at this level.
