Trolling for tickets

So I'll be in Salt Lake over Thanksgiving (I know...hide the women and children). Wonder if anyone will be traveling that week and not going to use their tickets on the 29th (vs. the Clippers). Looking for 3. PM me if you have any.

If no one hooks you up then check ksl.com classifieds section

So can I safely assume you don't have any tickets for sale?

As for me, this idea came up kind of suddenly. My 9-yr old daughter, who used to cheer for the Lakers (I think just to irritate me) has now become a Jazz fan (she thinks Hayward is cute). And I want to take my 85-yr old father, who is pretty much wheelchair bound now, to perhaps his last Jazz game at the ESA. So yes, I'm one of the worst trolls in Jazzfanz history for planning to do that.

Apparently you don't know what a joke is. Lol.

I am out of town that week, but if I had tickets, I would let you know. Good luck bro!

Count me in as not knowing what a joke is too I guess.

I have season tickets, but I also buy extra tickets to most games for clients, friends, and family. I always get them from the scalpers in front of the stadium. I always pay a fraction of face value. The few big games of the year like Cavs, and Lakers you can't do that but any other game you can. Take 10 minutes to talk to a few and haggle and I promise you will get good seats for cheap. I normally pay about 50% of face value for good weekend games, and 1/3 to 1/4 of face value for weekday games. You'll either find someone who doesn't normally sell who just wants to get rid of the the tickets fast, or a scalper that has 20+ tickets and they just need to get rid of a few for cheap.

Good suggestion. Would probably do that if i was attending with a friend. But I'll have my daughter and father (likely in a wheelchair) so we all want to sit together. I know most tickets are usually sold as singles or in a pair, unless you buy from a scalper who has a block.
