It's tough. That's why we need Favors to be healthy and play considerable minutes with the other starters to see what the Jazz have. The spacing is definitely hurt but our defense is much better/versatile with a Favors/Gobert combo. It's a give and take and the Jazz need to see if the positives outweigh the negatives.
 
For the lovers of small sample size on-off and +/- stats, the Jazz are better with Favors on the floor than with him off the floor even at his current injured/limited state. Also... even with the spacing problems on offense. Gobert+Favors combo sports a net rating of +16.2, white Gobert without Favors is 'just' at +8.1.
