WAR ON MEN: Big Sis Accused of Sexual Harassment

Verbal sexual harassment is the much more recognizable violation. An employer can usually spot verbal harassment as as soon as they hear it. In Napolitano's case, a female manager in the Department allegedly screamed at male employees and used sexually humiliating language against them; including, telling one male worker that she wanted his "**** in the back of [her] throat," reports Forbes. If true, it's pretty clear such language could constitute illegal harassment.

How many men would find this as complimentary and not a form of harassment?

I'm going to guess an extremely low amount.

I'd make her wish she hadn't said it ... With a little dose of fake sodomy.

I'd be glad she did as I am retired and enjoying my extrememly large settlement thanks to a cutthroat lawyer.

I suspect this was Pearl's way of taking a dig at what he sees as the politically correct excesses of workplace sexual harassment laws, which are no doubt the result of opportunistic liberals using this excuse to increase their stranglehold on American capitalism (or something like that).

As a proponent of such laws, I applaud that they are applied to women as well as men. The notion that men can't be the victims of sexual harassment strikes me as a bit misguided. I mean, didn't you see the movie 'Horrible Bosses?":)

so how much should American taxpayers anti-up to pay for the remarks of this manager?

If this was a private enterprise you whould be all for them getting a settlement because of that discrimination. Why should this person not be entitled to the same potential recurses to defend themself?

Having said that is the person even going after money? Of do they just want Napolitano out?

I was thinking the same thing about northeast's quote. If anything I'd say it was just a bad choice of words. In regards to your post, don't most sexual harassment lawsuits involve money? I know that wasn't mentioned in the article, but I'm sure money is involved.
