who can we trade up with in the draft?

I played a lot of tennis in HS and college... there was a book called Winning Ugly. Thing became my bible. I beat many players who were better than me by making the game a little ugly. Jazz can do the same.

Trust me you did... I was in really good shape (something a lot of tennis players aren't) and I would wear people out.

My best friend had a similar play style, I would hit great shots, but he always found ways to hit them back. Pretty annoying.

Agreed!!! Trading 5 pieces will make us a contender . Honestly if we trade the g.s pick, okc pick, and r pick and move into the top 4-5 I'd do that. But, I wouldn't move any players!! Worst case the Jazz draft 14 and have max money to spend on a player. I'd throw a max a Leonard and see if we can take him. If not I'd play the season out and see where we are with the internal growth.

Who at 4-5 would make us a contender? I could see paying a steep price to move into the top-2 to take Russell or even Towns. But 5 assets to jump 7 spots? No.

Why would we want to trade our best (or 2nd best) shooter in Hood?? I can see trading Burke, but that won't move us up any. I think we'll either stay where we are, trade down for more assets (cause DL loves to do that), or trade for a veteran. I don't see us moving up.
