I voted Hart because from January through May that 2007-08 team was a bonafide NBA Finals contender and every regular season game made a difference in playoff seeding and homecourt advantage. Replace Devin Harris with a more competent PG not named CP3 or Rose, and this Jazz team still isn't competing for anything other than the 7th or 8th seed.
