Trading for a 'superstar' makes little sense at this stage. We would have to give up to much, and it could affect team chemistry.

Finding a superstar who would be loyal long term would also be a problem. They are trying to bake for a reason.

Might as well peek in the oven and enjoy the smell whilst waiting for the cake. Just remember when the cake comes out, it usually requires toppings and other ingredients.
