Will Hayward make Favors better or will Favors make Hayward better?

Yep. OKC had three picks in a row in the top 5. Got Durant, Westbrook and Jeff Green in some kind of trade involving Rashard Lewis. Two of them panned out.

The Jazz needed to re-tool and you can't criticize KOC for trading one lotto pick (D.Will) for 4 (Harris, Favors, NJ pick, GS pick). For better or worse, these picks will define the franchise.

I hope KOC finds a way to leverage Tomic one way or another, if he isn't in the picture.

I think you mean they all panned out. Jeff Green not only netted them Perkins, but he also performed pretty well in his time there, playing out of position.

Barkley always says Malone was better off due to Stockton and while I understand Malone contributed to Stockton's sucsess, i belive that Stockton ultimatly made Malone better. This is why I think that Favors will reap the reward of playing with Hayward more than the other way around.

I agree with Zulu on this, Favors will benefit more from Hayward than the other way around. I think Hayward will get Favors many open shots, or shots where his defender is out of place.
