Rumor has it that Memphis is wanting to get backup incase Randolph is leaving for more money. So it made me wonder about this trade. Included Thabeet becasue I heard the Jazz were interested in him.

Memphis does this deal to a solid replacement for Randolph and if he stays a rotation of Millsap-Randolph-Gasol. Plus they have a ton of depth at the 2 guard while there in need up a decent back up at the 4.
Utah does this becasue we will still have Ak to back up Favors and Big Al at the 4 and we continue the rebuilding process with some decent pieces. In Henry Mayo and Thabeet.
