What's new

Would you spend nine million dollars next year for two late first round picks this year?

Andris Biedrins for Kendrick Perkins, OKC's unprotected first, Dallas top 20 protected first through 2017, unprotected in 2018.

Sadly, Biedrins is the better player at this point and would make them better inside defenders.

We would have some money to sepnd next year. That would cover the 9mil. That would give us 3 late first rounders this year. That is a nice package to move up.

OKC has too many young guys and they save some money. I doubt they give up the Dallas pick because it is unprotected in 2018 when Dallas will suck.

How would the Jazz have 3 late round first picks? They are going to get a top 4 pick the way they are playing.

How is Biedrins any better than Perkins? I know Perkins is a shell of himself but Biedrins has been beyond dreadful.

I believe he meant that if Dallas plays well, we'd have picks from the Thunder, Warriors, and Mavericks.

I don't know if I could handle Perkins on the Jazz though. Richard Jefferson, the Locust, and Perkins... i mean that would lose some games but... my eyes

No. I want the jazz to use their cap space to bring in a REAL player or two. Shooters.

What do you suppose 2014 GSW and OKC 1sts, conditional Dallas 1st, 2015 Jazz first, and 2017 GSW and Jazz first with Perkins as salary filler could fetch?
