Year ending adjusted +/- and unadjusted NET +/-

I am not including players under 20 minutes a game due to higher sample size error. These numbers are from basketballvalue. I always look at both these numbers on year end to get a good idea of who is actually winning games for us.

1. Paul Millsap (Adjusted: +14.4, Unadjusted: +9.9)
Paul had the second highest adjusted rating in the entire league. His numbers here were incredible last year as well. He is the ultimate team player with intangibles simply off the charts.

2. Al Jefferson (Adjusted: +8.5, Unadjusted: +6.7)

Like last year, Al started off poorly here from combination of defense and lack of passing. By the end of the year he has transformed into a better team player and it appears his defense is not that big of a hindrance as we make it.

3. Derrick Favors (Adjusted: +10.4, Unadjusted: -0.7)
Favors is our second highest adjusted player and 12th best in the league, while roughly breaking even on unadjusted. His ability to guard nearly every position and disrupt shots shows its value here.

4. Gordon Hayward (Adjusted: -7.1, Unadjusted: +2.9)

Hayward did not score well in the adjusted measurement for the second straight year, probably from early bad shooting and having to play SF. His numbers did improve after spending more time at SG. Judging by these statistics, to my dismay, he is currently far less valuable than all our bigs.

5. Devin Harris (Adjusted: -6.9, Unadjusted: +2.5)

Devin has similar ratings to Hayward. As we know he started off terrible but redeemed himself toward the end of the season. At this point in his career I think he can be considered average at best.

6. Earl Watson (Adjusted: -2.3, Adjusted: +0.3)
Watson's early scores here were very impressive but trailed off in the last half of the season. He is a quality backup but age, I would guess, is starting to get the better of him.

7. Josh Howard (Adjusted: -6.9, Unadjusted: -1.8)
After his injury Howard struggled and played selfishly, probably with next year's contract on his mind. Given that fact and his low efficiency numbers, it's not surprising to see his low ratings here.

8. CJ Miles (Adjusted: -6.4, Unadjusted: -2.6)

Miles inconsistent minutes probably hurt his play this year, but we still know, for the most part, he is just terribad.

9. Raja Bell (Adjusted: -11.3, Unadjusted: -1.1)
Bell literally did nothing on the court early on. His hard nosed defense is grossly overrated by some at this point in his career.
