This is an older article, but it suggests that analytics show Tyus could be pretty good, ,while the scouts believe he could be average.

Minds can change in that time. Hell, was Grant even thought of as a first round talent then? After draft prognosticators change their mind, don't you think the Rockets could have as well, in that time

Went with Grant. He's obviously the better player when it comes to PG at this point. I like his toughness and plays hard.
Might as well change it to the JazzFanz "What should happen" 2015 Mock Draft.
