Snyder should learn something from Steve Kerr

Is this thread a joke? Kerr hasn't done anything to get Curry or even Thompson for that matter some clean looks. Dude is making no adjustments in the Finals.

No mention of the off ball action pin downs?

Kerr is a lookin pretty damn good from my lazy boy.

At the beginning of the season I was going to wonder if he'd make a good head coach after the Phoenix saga. He's made a believer out of me.

Can't go 200 in a Ferrari when you can't even go 30 in a Prius. Snyder is teaching these guys the very basics before rolling out the more complicated stuff. Besides, the Jazz could win 55+ by just hitting their shots. That's the real problem. We don't need shooters; we need makers!

Kerr: I just don't get it how did we lose?
Staff: I don't know sir. We followed the game plan.
Kerr: You gave the ball to Curry right?
Staff: Yes. Of course.
Kerr: And he shot the ball right? Almost every time right?
Staff: Yes. As much as he could.
Kerr: Hmm, then I don't get it. I think the NBA must have messed up. Obviously we should have won this one. No idea how we lost. The plan is solid. The plan is foolproof.
Staff: Follow the plan. Yes sir.

Same. He has all the tools to work with but he's definitely an offensive genius as far as I can tell, and doing things that are damn near unguardable.

The best part of all this is Kerr took the best spot possible and Derek Fisher took the worst spot possible for a rook hc.

Rich coming from the guy who trolled for three years about Corbin doing the same. As good as your trolling is disguised, I always get a kick out of you purposefully contradicting your own words at every chance. Top notch trolling.

You're the only one here who apparently can't see the differences in the way Corbin and Snyder coach. Pointing out that one gets results and the other did not isn't trolling.

Would you say this if Gobert didn't explode last year onto the scene?

How much of Gobert is Gobert, and how much is the coach?

Would Gobert have made a drastic leap with Corbin?

I think Gobert would have improved "irregardless".

That being said, I do think Snyder is a better coach and has the players on board, and that he puts them in better positions to improve, gain confidence, and succeed.

I'm not in the group that thinks Corbin was a terrible coach. I think he was average, and in a not so ideal situation.

In other words you think that Snyder is a better coach than Corbin (which was my point), just not by as large a margin as me. I think that Corbin was far below average and I do not think that Gobert would have made the same improvements under him. Obviously, it is impossible to know the answer to that, but I think it's easy to see significant differences in the player development under both coaches.

Kerr needs a Snyder "WAKE UP" moment. He must be one of the worst motivators in NBA coaching history. I've never seen a team that won as many games as the Warriors did be so lackadaisical in the NBA Finals. Watching those jokers out there feels like watching a team play a late January regular season NBA game. I hope they get it thru their thick skulls tonight that if they win this series, they actually win a championship. I'm convinced none of them know that.

The Cavs do. As much as it would pain me to see JR Smith be an NBA Champion, he's playing on a team that seems to know they are playing in the Finals.
